PP2.2b CZTS cells on soda lime glass

Operational CZTS cells on soda lime glass using the stacking metal precursors with efficiency of 4.4% were demonstrated during 2013. Unfavorable conduction band alignment between CZTS absorber and CdS buffer, defects and secondary phases existed in CZTS absorber, and thick resistive MoS2 are believed to be the main factors limiting the current CZTS cell performance. The aim in 2014 is to increase this efficiency to beyond 6% through the designed sub-strands.
