PP2.1h: Elucidating the role of donor and acceptor in photocurrent generation

The aim of this program is to understand how light absorption in organic semiconducting acceptor materials can contribute to current generation in organic solar cells. This will facilitate the development of the concept of complementary junctions and contribute to the overall objective of simplifying organic photovoltaic (OPV) module structures thereby reducing cost.
